What is the 1% method?

The 1% method (micro-habits) is based on the idea that even tiny, daily improvements lead to enormous changes in the long term. On bad days, it is enough to achieve a minimum version of your goal (e.g. 1 minute of meditation instead of 10).

Does the app replace therapy?

No. reday is a supporting tool for self-help and can complement professional psychotherapy, but not replace it. In acute crises, please contact medical professionals.

Is reday free?

reday offers a generous free version with all essential basic tracking features. Special premium features like in-depth AI analysis may require an upgrade later, but are currently freely accessible in the beta phase.

How do AI reminders work?

What is the Procrastination Breaker?

A 5-level flow system that helps you overcome procrastination. It breaks down large tasks into tiny, immediately actionable steps until you are in work mode.

Yes. Your data is stored securely in the cloud and synced. We place the highest value on data protection and privacy.

What happens to the data sent to the AI?

All data used for AI analysis is processed anonymously and is not used to train public models. You can always specify in the settings which modules the AI is allowed to analyze.
